Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Raski website or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses Raski.
Description of service
Raski is a pre-launch product. At this time, the only service offered is a waitlist sign-up that allows you to register your email address to receive early access and launch notifications. The full Raski application — a festival crew coordination platform — is currently in development and has not yet launched.
No guarantee of launch timeline
Raski is under active development. We do not guarantee any specific launch date or timeline. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that the product may be delayed, modified, or cancelled. We will make every effort to communicate significant changes to registered waitlist members via email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Raski or its waitlist for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. Specifically, you may not:
- Submit fake, invalid, or third-party email addresses to the waitlist without consent.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or attack any part of our infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist entries.
- Send unsolicited communications to other Raski users or our team.
Intellectual property
The Raski name, logo, brand assets, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Siamang. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Raski brand assets without explicit written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer of warranties
Raski is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As pre-launch software, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siamang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Raski service or waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed zero euros (€0), as no paid service is currently offered.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
