Map & Live Pins

Custom festival maps, live location pins, and instant visibility for the whole crew.

Upload the actual festival map

Generic maps don't work at festivals. Streets don't match the layout. Landmarks are wrong. GPS pins end up in the wrong field. That's why Raski lets a crew admin upload the real festival map — the actual site map — as an image.

Once the map is uploaded, every crew member can see it. It becomes the shared reference point for the whole group. No more “I'm near the main stage” — now you can point to exactly where you are on the map everyone's looking at.

Drop a pin, show your position

Any crew member can drop a pin on the map to mark their current location. Tap the map, place the pin, add an optional label — and the rest of the crew sees it instantly. No coordinates, no addresses, no trying to describe where you are. Just a pin on the map.

Pins are colour-coded by crew member, so at a glance you can see who is where. If you're trying to find a specific person, you look for their colour. Regrouping becomes obvious rather than a negotiation.

Live and persistent until removed

Pins update in real time across the whole crew. When someone moves and drops a new pin, everyone sees it immediately. Pins persist on the map until the person who dropped them removes them or replaces them with a new one — so there's always a record of where your crew was last active.

This persistence is especially useful in larger crews where not everyone is actively posting. Even if someone hasn't sent a message in an hour, their pin tells you where they were. It's a passive signal that doesn't require effort to maintain.
