Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Raski.

What is Raski?

Raski is a festival crew coordination app. It replaces chaotic group chats with one shared space for plans, map pins, polls, and real-time updates — designed specifically for large groups at festivals and live events.

Is Raski free?

Yes. The core features of Raski are free to use. We plan to offer Pro and Plus tiers in the future with advanced features like custom map uploads, unlimited polls, and priority support. The free tier will always exist.

When does Raski launch?

We're actively building Raski right now. We don't have a confirmed launch date yet, but we'll notify everyone on the waitlist as soon as early access opens. Join the waitlist to be among the first to know.

What platforms will Raski be on?

Raski will be available on iOS and Android at launch. We're building native mobile apps optimised for festival environments — with offline support, battery efficiency, and fast performance as core priorities.

How does offline mode work?

When you lose signal (which happens a lot at festivals), Raski saves your posts, pins, and polls locally on your device. The moment your connection returns, everything syncs automatically to the rest of your crew. Nothing gets lost.

How does the map feature work?

A crew admin uploads the festival's map as an image. Once it's uploaded, every crew member can drop a pin to show their current location on that map. All pins are visible to the whole crew in real time, so regrouping is simple.

What are polls?

Polls let your crew make quick group decisions without long message threads. You create a question with up to 8 options, and crew members vote in seconds. Results update live as votes come in. Polls can be anonymous or public, and closed manually or automatically.

Is my data safe?

We collect minimal data — only your email address when you join the waitlist. We use it solely to send you updates about Raski. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What's the difference between Raski and WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is a general chat app. Raski is structured coordination. Instead of a stream of messages, Raski gives you a live timeline, a shared map, polls, and offline support — all built for the specific challenges of being in a large group at a noisy, crowded event. It's not a chat replacement; it's a coordination layer.

How do I give feedback?

We'd love to hear from you. Email us directly at [email protected]. As a small team we read every message and feedback genuinely shapes what we build.
