Introduction
Raski is a product by Siamang ([email protected], www.siamang.nl). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We collect only the minimum information required to operate the Raski waitlist and will never sell your data to third parties.
What we collect
At this stage, Raski is in pre-launch. The only personal data we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when joining the waitlist. We do not collect names, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal identifiers.
How we use it
Your email address is used solely to send you waitlist updates — including early access invitations and launch announcements for Raski. We use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery provider to send these messages. We will not send you promotional emails from third parties, and we will not use your email for advertising purposes.
Third-party services
- Resend — Used to deliver transactional and waitlist emails. Resend processes your email address in order to send messages on our behalf. You can read Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/privacy.
- Vercel — Our website and API are hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Data retention
We will retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist or the Raski service remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request. We will also delete inactive waitlist entries after 2 years of inactivity.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to erasure — You can request that we delete your personal data.
- Right to correction — You can request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Right to object — You can object to how we process your data at any time.
